The Dual Login portion of this is still Alpha - What is in use on Rathe is what you are getting. On Rathe, We've been "Dual" for around a month now. I still have a lot more work done on it (on my test server), and a lot more to do. I just got de-railed to all the other problems the server had, and also, I'm extremely burnt out with everything. Needless to say, Dual Login Server was a whole new ball game , and much more than what I expected. I won't go into detail on how it works, but it will distinguish EqEmu from AXClassic LS accounts, and properly sort them out and direct incoming players to the same server/character. If anyone knows C++ and is interested in working on this code, and, will at least give back to AXClassic whatever fixes they make (before the run off and spread it around), please PM me.
Some Tips; -make your account at EqEmu name match exactly with your account name at AXClassic (password does not matter).

Lets' not forget who started all of this! Original EqEmu Changelog that has been ignored and trunicated, from what you see now.

So, I'm trying the dual login as it sounded like a good way to get a decently sized player base and I just generally like the idea.. All my ports are forwarded, nothing firewalled and the server says it connects to both login.axclassic.com:5999 and eqemulator.net:5998 but I can't connect to it. It seems the client can't even get close, I mean when I look in world.exe it doesn't even show that a connection is attempted. I can't really figure out what I would need to do from here to allow players to connect. I will check this often incase you ask for any information from me. Any help would be great, and thank you for checking this out.
Disreguard this, I fixed it. Apparently my lan port had been changed after our router reset or something like that.
