Couple updates for this month. Added a short introduction to how ladder seasons work on ladder page. Newcomers can come here if they would like to know more about when ladder seasons start. Also rehauled the voting survey section on the front page. Several color corrections here and there that were changed to sections and changed the front status to display all active users in forums not just guests.
