I've completed my revamp of Anguish.
It requires some flagging to access the zone. Here's Allakhazam's write up on that:

These zones are from the Omens of War expansion which is made for level 70 players.
Due to our level 65 limit you should not go to these zones unless you and your bots are expertly geared, or you will just die. I recommend gearing up by visiting the Epione brothers in Plane of Knowledge or visiting other high level zones for equipment. Even if you are expertly geared, you will probably die anyways... don't go to Anguish.

There are two character flags needed to enter Anguish that you can read about in the links I have provided above.
You must complete the six raid trials for one flag and a signet collection quest for the other flag.
The raid trials are instanced zones that have the following properties:

• When you zone in to the instance, you will be standing before the zone-out statue.
• When you zone in to the instance, you will see in your chat window the time limit before the zone boots you out and shuts down.
• There is also a lockout timer so you are not able to re-enter the zone if you die or clicked on the zone-out statue.
• If you die, your corpse will pop out to Proving Grounds near the pylon you used to enter the zone.
• Raids are limited to 54 members. You cannot start the trial with more than this number. If you spawn more after the trial starts you will receive warnings that result in a Death Touch if you don't go back to 54.
• Once you begin the trial, you may not leave the main room and go back to the lower room or you will receive warnings to return or face a Death Touch.
• The warnings are cumulative and Death Touch is cast at 10 warnings.
• Successfully completing the trial results in an LDoN style treasure object that you can get into using /open or the Open button. The important loot item is the trial Rune. Collect and save all six runes to get the character flag.

The Mastery of Adaptation

This trial begins with the Construct of Pain and cycles through other forms. You will need to re-target each form and send your bots after it.

Construct of Pain

• Weak to Pierce damage resistant to other weapon types.

Construct of Power

• Weak to Blunt damage resistant to other weapon types.

Construct of Brutality

• Weak to Slash damage resistant to other weapon types.

Construct of Fire

• Weak to Pierce damage resistant to other weapon types.

Construct of Ice

• Weak to Slash damage resistant to other weapon types.

Have some hotkeys prepared:
Some Constructs cast spells
#bot cure poison
#bot cure curse

Some Constructs spawn friends
You can order single groups to split off of your main target similar to off-tanking but one bot group instead of one single bot.
They will re-join the main battle when the add dies or when a new Construct spawns the previous Constructs friends de-spawn.

The Mastery of Corruption

This trial begins with other "players" looting their kill and resurrecting their group members.
You must kill the first group of 6, then the next group of 12 and finally the final group of 18.
Each "player" will randomly select a member of the raid to attack.

Have some hotkeys prepared:

This bot command has been enhanced to pick a bot that is not already off-tanking so that you can have several melee types off-tanking at the same time on multiple targets. You should select a new target for each off-tanker... probably one of the clerics or casters.

#bot raid order task attack <bot group leader name>
You can send entire groups after a single target. This will re-set any individual off-tankers.

The Mastery of Endurance

Here you will need to occupy two main targets Ansdaicher the Ancient and Zellucheraz the Ancient.

Get a couple of main tanks on them to keep them busy. You will only be able to reduce their hitpoints minimally. The idea is to survive for 20 minutes and take out their spawning friends as fast as possible so you can take the Ancients health down to the next level. Each wave of friends increases starting at 3 and going up from there. You only need to focus on one ancient for maximum damage but still need to occupy the other.

The Mastery of Foresight

This is really just killing the 6 Dragorns that spawn as fast as you can, but you have to pay attention to several Emotes that occur during the trial.
You should create a new chat window and specify only Emotes go to that window.

Emotes:

• The room begins to heat up dramatically. The north side looks safe. - Move north or take damage
• The room begins to heat up dramatically. The center looks safe. - Move to the middle or take damage
• The room begins to heat up dramatically. The south side looks safe. - Move south or take damage
• The room begins to heat up dramatically. The east side looks safe. - Move east or take damage
• A haze of unnatural steam billows near your feet. You should find higher ground. - Move to the center platform or take damage
• From the corner of your eye, you notice a Kyv taking aim at your position. You should move. - Move far away or take damage
• From the corner of your eye, you notice a Kyv taking aim near your position. He appears to be leading the target, anticipating your next movement. You should stand still. - Stand still or take damage
• From the corner of your eye, you notice a Kyv taking aim at your head. You should duck. - Duck or take damage
• The Dragorn before you is developing an anti-magic aura. - Your target is about to have a magic damage shield
• The Dragorn before you is sprouting sharp spikes. - Your target is about to have a melee damage shield.
• You notice that the Dragorn before you is preparing to cast a devastating close-range spell. - Your target is about to cast a 5000 dd
• You notice that the Dragorn before you is preparing to cast a devastating spell. Doing enough damage to him might interrupt the process. - If you don't do "enough" damage the Dragorn casts a 5000 dd
• The Weapon in your right hand begins to heat up dramatically. You should remove it. - Remove your weapon or take damage.

This is difficult for bots because some things just aren't possible. You can remove their rings but do you have storage for all of that? You can't remove their weapons because they need them. If you are the target, you can use your bandolier to switch out to no weapon and back and you can remove your rings.
The room location emotes, you can move to the safe location and cancel attacks with #bot guard and then use #bot summon group (which if raiding will summon the entire raid).
The Kyv archer emotes you can use #bot duck but be sure to use #bot stand afterwards or they will remain ducking.
The Dragorn emotes just mean you should move to the next Dragorn to avoid their spell.

The Mastery of Hate

You need to take down the six Voracious Feran's as fast as possible. You get some help by killing their spawned children which will spawn at one of the Feran's every 15 seconds. Killing the child Feran will reduce it's Mother's hitpoints by a small percentage.
When all the Feran's are down, the Master of Hate will become aggro. His max hit damage increases every 10 seconds but resets if his main target changes so have your taunt setting such that multiple bots can become the new main target.

The Mastery of Specialization

You want to take down the Master of Specialization as fast as possible. He has some spells that will slow you down.
